Terms of Service

By accessing or using VoiceNote AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

VoiceNote AI is an AI-powered voice note taking application:

• Available on iOS and Android.
• Uses AI to transcribe speech and automatically organize content into notes, tasks, and journal entries.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and current account information.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use VoiceNote AI to:

• Record or store any illegal content.
• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to reverse-engineer AI features.
• Make automated recordings without the consent of all parties involved.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

• Free tier: 10 recordings per month, free forever. Additional recordings can be earned by watching rewarded ads (up to 10 bonus recordings per month). Each rewarded ad earns one bonus recording slot.
• Pro Monthly ($4.99 / month): up to 250 recordings per billing period.
• Pro Annual ($34.99 / year): up to 250 recordings per billing period. Billing periods for Pro plans reset on your subscription renewal date, not on the calendar month. Existing recordings are never deleted.
• Pro overage:Pro subscribers who have reached their plan's monthly recording limit may optionally watch a rewarded ad to earn 2 additional recording slots, or purchase an additional recording pack as a one-time in-app purchase (available as a monthly pack at $4.99 or an annual pack at $34.99).
• Pro plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to App Store or Google Play refund policies.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via the email address on your account.

Founding member programme: the first 100 users to create an account receive three months of Pro at no charge. This is a one-time promotional grant; after the three months, standard pricing applies. No purchase is required to claim this grant.

VoiceNote AI offers a referral programme that rewards you and your friends for joining together.

Eligibility. All registered users with an active account are eligible to participate. A referral code is automatically assigned to your account on sign-up.

How it works.

• Share your personal referral code with a friend.
• Your friend enters the code after creating their VoiceNote AI account.
• When your friend completes their first paid subscription purchase (not a free trial), you both receive one month of Pro access at no charge, granted automatically.

Reward details.

• The reward is one month of Pro access for both the referrer and the referred friend. Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable or exchangeable.
• Each user can only be referred once. A code entered by a user who has already been referred will have no effect.
• Self-referral (entering your own code) is not permitted and will have no effect.
• Referral rewards are capped at 12 free months per account in any rolling 12-month period.

Fair use. Redemption attempts are rate-limited to prevent automated abuse. Accounts found to be abusing the referral programme — including creating fake accounts, coordinated code sharing, or any form of fraud — will be disqualified and may be suspended.

Modification and termination. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time with or without notice. Earned rewards already granted to your account are not affected by programme termination.

• Your recordings belong to you. You retain full ownership of content you create.
• VoiceNote AI owns the application, its underlying technology, and all associated intellectual property.
• By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

• The service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
• AI transcription is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate and should be reviewed by the user.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoiceNote AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data or missed reminders resulting from use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
